HLK Sustainability Day September 27
On September 27, we invite you to HLK Sustainability day - an afternoon with a focus on sustainability from different perspectives.
Between 11:30-12:00 there is a meeting place in HLK's entrance hall where a number of organizations and actors show how they work with sustainability within their operations.
At 13:00 the program starts with lectures by Leo Custódio from the Åbo Academy and Adianez Fernández Bermúdez from the University of Cienfuego and a subsequent panel discussion led by Johanna Bergström.
At 17:00, SSA, Students for Sustainable Action, offers a film screening in the JU auditorium. "Breaking Boundaries: The Science of Our Planet". A documentary film with David Attenborough and Johan Rockström.
The event is organized by the master's programs in Social Sciences of Sustainability and is conducted in English. The event is open to all students and staff at JU.
