Staff can book a time to collect/return equipment on the days and at the times when the Helpdesk telephone is open. It is also possible to return items via the parcel locker outside the caretaker's office.

The Caretaker's Office will have regular opening hours on most days 07:00-16:00 (except 23 December and holidays) throughout the period.
