Seminar: Two approaches to meaning-making for leading co-production - creating a holding environment for multi-stakeholder change processesThe seminar will present results from a research project about co-production leadership in healthcare. Constructive developmental theory was used to uncover two distinct ways leaders make sense of their collaborative work. A follow-up practical application of findings points to ways that a reflective practice can enhance personal growth.
