Global Teachers for a Sustainable Future
Global Teachers for a Sustainable Future is a 3-year Erasmus+ project in which the School of Education and Communication (HLK) participates as one of eight universities in Europe. It is a digital project where teacher education students engage in internationalization and European meetings from their home countries.
The different universities will develop an international exchange program for teacher training students, with the goal of creating an education that promotes sustainable development and global citizenship. The project will also develop a digital platform to be tested and implemented. In the long run, this should become an established method for exchange that will function for many years.
HLK will primarily participate in year 3, when the implementation of the new software will be tested. The project will target students in the subject teacher program as well as master's level programs to introduce this new approach to internationalization.
