ECIL was a European project between 2012 and 2014.

First project meeting at the Beth Johnson Foundation in October 2012.

The aim of this project (2012-2014) was to pilot a collection of
intergenerational life-long learning training approaches developed in
the UK with a number of partners across Europe. Through this process the
materials were tested for wider European relevance. Different delivery
mechanisms were trialled and the materials were redrafted into a
distance learning package that will be delivered throughout Europe and
accredited in the UK. The project was financed by the European
Commission, program Leonardo da Vinci, Transfer of innovations, Nr
2012-1-GB2-LEO05-08174.
