Encell was commissioned by the Swedish Ministry of Education and Research to conduct a meta-analysis of Kunskapslyftet, based on existing evaluation materials at the national, regional and local levels. Kunskapslyftet is a government programme designed to enable more people to participate in educational programs. The meta-analysis compared conclusions reached and identified areas where there may be gaps in knowledge, using as its basis national evaluations, the Swedish National Agency for Education's semimanual reports, and local and regional reports that were considered relevant.
