Folk high school studies for young adults with high-functioning autism
In this project Joel Hedegaard and Martin Hugo investigate how young adults with high-functioning autism experience going to folk high school. Hedegaard and Hugo focus on the young adults’ experiences of the folk high school as a whole, on adapted instruction, and on how the young adults are prepared for working life.
Hedegaard and Hugo have also turned to staff at the folk high school to find out how they design the study program and instruction and support the participants so that they can succeed in their studies and be prepared for working life.
